Community CPR/AED Certification
The Class
This 4-hour course will teach you how to recognize and treat life-threatening emergencies, including cardio arrest and choking. You will learn to recognize the warning signs of heart attack and stroke. A few weeks after the course you will receive your official CPR/AED card from the American Heart Association, which is valid for a period of two years.

Instructor
Julie Banda has been teaching CPR for the past 8 years. She is currently a Health Educator at MIT, holds a Masters of Public Health from Boston University, and is a trained Emergency Medical Technician. She also teaching spinning and has been a long-time member of Healthworks.
