Required Background:

 

  • Degree in fitness related field preferred

  • Experience in the health and fitness industry

  • Nationally accredited training certification (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, CSCS, ACE, AFAA)

  • Current CPR/AED

  • Proven track record for building personal training clientele

  • Enthusiasm and passion for fitness industry

 

Job Responsibilities include:
 

  • Support and encourage members to meet their health and fitness goals

  • Selling and delivering personal training to the members

  • Administering fitness assessments

  • Create and design safe and effective exercise prescription for a variety of clientele

 

Compensation:

  • A Salaried Personal Trainer Position is a 40 hour a week position for 3 months. Hours will be determined on an as needed basis by the Fitness Director. After the 3 months the PT will then be commissioned on a percentage basis. The goal of this position is to have the PT build his/her personal training position to 24-30 sessions per week which is considered full time. This commission structure will allow the PT to exceed his/her salary if the above session per week is met. This position is a key role in our company.

Certified Pilates Instructors & Gyrotonic® Instructors

The growing Pilates studios in Back Bay, Cambridge, and Chestnut Hill are looking for Part or Full time Pilates & GyrotonicŪ certified instructors for reformer classes and private sessions. Excellent growth potential, compensation, and benefits, including a free membership!

Responsibilities will include: promoting and delivering pilates services to members, schedule and conduct introductory sessions, and support and encourage members to meet their fitness goals. Maintain a clean, safe and orderly studio.

Required Background: Certification required. Current CPR certification is required. Ability to project and promote a professional image; strong work ethic and customer service skills are a must.
