Healthworks BURN

Join us on the treadmill or outside for a fun, intensive, and effective workout designed to challenge all fitness levels. Enjoy the benefit of group personal training led by experienced certified personal trainers. Heart rate monitors (provided) and personalize "zone" cards ensure the accuracy of training zones and calories burned. Enjoy upbeat music (please bring your own headphones!) while you work between treadmill intervals and strength training circuits to enhance your routine and maximize your workout efficiency. The results are your reward.

Classes

Total BURN

Workout performed predominantly on treadmill. This session involves sprints, high incline power walking, and endurance intervals. The ultimate in total body conditioning.

Below the Belt

An intense cardiovascular session combined with lower body strength training. Designed to train, tone, and sculpt your lower body to enhance your best assets.

Upper Cut

An intense cardiovascular session combined with upper body strength training. Designed to redefine your upper body by taking it up a notch.

Core BURN

Improve posture and balance by strengthening and toning your abs, back and glute muscles. Together with the treadmill, it is designed to help trim your waistline!

Balanced BURN

Want to improve your balance but don't have the patience for yoga? Improve core strength, ankle stability and general balance using a variety of tools like bosu balls, stability balls, balance pads and your own 2 feet! Balanced BURN is a great combination of high energy cardio intervals combined with balance exercises to challenge the body.

Boot Camp BURN

This high energy class is designed to stimulate the mind and push the body. BOOT camp burn brings you back to the fundamentals of body weight training; including push-ups, CORE work, dips, and squats.

P.H.A.T BURN - Personalized Hard-hitting Athletic Training

Alternates hill and speed intervals on the treadmill with mini strength and conditioning circuits. Perform three 10 minute rounds on the treadmill and three 5 minute mini circuits with each exercise performed for 30 seconds to improve overall fitness and conditioning.

Sun BURN

Remember the beach? Get your bikini body ready for spring break, or get a head start on summertime! Combine hill intervals on the treadmill with strength work for the arms, hips, and of course, the ABS.

Stride and Ride

Looking to ride/run more efficiently and effectively? This class combines drills for improving using cycling and running machines. Each participant works at her own pace. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
