Group Training
Healthworks is excited to announce Group Training! Our nationally recognized Personal Trainers have designed these group series for our members. Experience Core Training, Pilates, Bootcamps, Boxing and more. Our Group Training is progressive, personal and affordable. Progressive workouts allow you to learn and build upon new skills and techniques each week. These personal groups allow the trainer to focus on individuals strengths, weaknesses, and fitness level. Group training provides you with an affordable way to reach your goals. Groups have a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 15.

A Note About Focus Training
Healthworks also offers on-going training in a group setting that is fun and efficient, which members may jump into at any time. Our FOCUS Training options: BURN, Gravity, Pilates Reformer Groups.
