Pilates Reformer Groups
Focus Training at Healthworks is a series of training programs that take place in small groups and have a specific format, schedule, and focus. Included in Focus Training is BURN, Gravity, and Pilates Reformer groups.
Pilates conditioning develops core abdominal and back strength by working from the inside out, helping you build optimal strength, flexibility, endurance and posture, without building bulk or stressing your joints. Along with Reformer Pilates Training in a group setting, Pilates group exercise classes, as well as private & duet training is available at all of our Healthworks locations.

Reformer Pilates Schedules
Reformer Pilates Training - A part of the Healthworks Focus Program
Healthworks offers semi-private Reformer Training for groups of up to 5 people. These sessions are pre-scheduled and members should pre-register for each class. Focus programs have an additional fee. Please see the Personal Training Rates for Focus Training packages.
