Pilates conditioning develops core abdominal and back strength by working from the inside out, helping you build optimal strength, flexibility, endurance and posture, without building bulk or stressing your joints. Pilates group exercise classes, as well as private, duet, and group training is available at all of our Healthworks locations.

Studios
Featuring 1,000 square feet of dedicated space, distinct Asian decor, and certified trainers to help you every step of the way, our Pilates Studios are retreats to call your own. Healthworks Back Bay, Brookline, and Chestnut Hill have separate, exclusive Pilates Studios while Cambridge and Salem offer reformer training in the club.
Group Reformer Pilates Training - A part of the Healthworks Focus Program
Healthworks offers semi-private Reformer Training for groups of up to 5 people. These sessions are pre-scheduled and members should pre-register for each class. Focus programs have an additional fee. Please see the Personal Training Rates for Focus Training packages.
