Join Master Trainers Amanda Schall, Phyl London, and Tracie Finan for an invigorating and refreshing Pilates Fundraiser Workout. These are charity classes with the proceeds going directly toward Healthworks Community Fitness.
3 Pilates Charity Events!
The classes will focus on a series of STOTT Pilates exercises that will focus on breathing, techniques and core-centered aspects of Pilates movement with the added physical challenge of vertical barefoot balance strengthening. These class are coed and open to all!
Donate $25 to participate in these amazing classes at the following locations:
- Back Bay on Friday 4/29 at 7:30pm with Amanda Schall
- Coolidge Corner Friday 4/29 at 7:30pm with Phyl London
- Chestnut Hill Saturday 4/30 at 1pm with Tracie Finan
