Join Paloma for this in-depth, fun, freeing and fearless exploration of transitioning from your feet, to your hands and beyond! This two-hour workshop includes a vinyasa flow, heating and opening the body, followed by step-by-step instruction on how to tackle a wide array of purifying and exciting arm balances and inversions.
