Refund Request

It is with a heavy heart that we are permanently closing Healthworks Chestnut Hill on Thursday, November 18th at 8:00pm.  Since opening our doors 18 years ago we have been honored to serve you and the community. This community of women empowers us every day and your commitment to our club and your own health is extraordinary but the loss of members during the COVID-19 Pandemic has now become insurmountable. We know this is devastating news for many of you and our teams, but as with everything at Healthworks, we will get through this together.  All other Healthworks Group locations are in a strong position to recover post-pandemic and we expect to serve those communities for many years to come.

Our last day of membership billing will be October 31, 2021 but in order to ensure you can continue to meet your health and wellness goals, we are offering all Chestnut Hill members complimentary access to all Healthworks, Republic and GymIt locations plus HWX Digital Studio through 1/31/2022. We hope this gives you time to visit our other clubs and determine which is best for you.  Once you have picked a new home club, please complete this form and we will transfer your membership.

If you decide not to continue with Healthworks, there is no need to do anything.  We will not bill you after 10/31/2021 and your membership will automatically expire on 1/31/2022. We are sad to see you go but appreciate the many years of you have given us.

We are happy to refund any available pre-paid services or membership dues after we close.  To request a refund, please fill out the below form and we will mail you a check in December.   Please understand that our goal is to support everyone, but it will take us some time to get all the refunds processed and mailed.  Please make sure any request for a refund is with this form as emails, conversions or phone calls may be missed.
