INTRODUCING OUR NEW HEALTHWORKS FIT APP

Our new Healthworks Fit App, Class Schedule and Member Management website launched on April 12, 2022, simplifying the process so you just have one account and login with us! With the new app, you can:

  • View our HWX class schedule and reserve a spot
  • Obtain your check in barcode and add in to your digital wallet
  • Modify your membership account and review your membership agreement

As a reminder, this is a completely new platform to us so you will need to create a new account and password to use it to check in, enroll in classes and manage your membership on the web and in the app (now simplified into just one account!). The previous logins you have to the “Healthworks Fitness” app and “MICO Website” will no longer be needed after activating your new account and downloading the new app.

Please note that we still also have our separate, HWX Digital Studio App where you can access thousands of Livestream and On Demand HWX and Les Mills classes. Learn more in our FAQ or download today (iOS only).

Managing and Setting Up Your New Account

How do I set up my account?

Step 1: When first setting up your account, be on the lookout for an email from Healthworks Fitness <[email protected]>. If you do not receive an email, please visit healthworks.trainerize.com and click the forgot password/resend invite link and enter the email address you used when signing up for your membership.

Step 2: After your account is created, download, and install the app on to your phone. Open the app and login with the email address and password used in step 1. 

   

If you are having trouble with the download buttons, you can also find the app by searching for “Healthworks Fit” in the App Store or Google play. Please note, you may still see our old app as “Healthworks Fitness” (by Netpulse) within the app store.

Step 3: Enable notifications and sync to calendar (optional).

Step 4: Add your barcode to your Apple Wallet by clicking Add to Apple Wallet. This will allow you to check into the club using your app.

I'm having issues downloading the app

If you are having trouble with the download buttons, you can also find the app by searching for “Healthworks Fit” in the App Store or Google play. Please note, you may still see our old app as “Healthworks Fitness” (by Netpulse) within the app store.

Can I still use the app to check in at the club?

Yes! You can use the new app the same way you used the old app to show your barcode and check in at the club. You can also add your barcode to your Apple Wallet by clicking Add to Apple Wallet. 

How do I book a class?

You will book classes right in the class schedule on both our website and within the new app, just as you had previously, however you will need to use your new account now to do so.

I'm having issues logging in

If you are having issues getting set up or logging into the app, please visit healthworks.trainerize.com and click the forgot password/resend invite link and enter the email address you used when signing up for your membership.

Please remember that this is an entirely new app and website so your previously used login information will not work.

Which is the correct app?

Our new app displays as “HW” in the icon on your phone, where the old app has Fitness within the icon. In the image below, the middle icon is the NEW app, on the left is the old. On the right is our HWX Digital Studio app and there are no changes to that app.

Why the change?

Our new Healthworks Fit app allows all members to access our website features and app all with one account and password, which simplifies the process. We also plan to continue to grow the features of the new app as time goes on!

What about my old account?

Your “old” account and the old “Healthworks Fitness” app are both still active but will be phased out in the coming weeks.

What about HWX Digital Studio?

There are no changes to the HWX Digital Studio app, which is still available only for Apple. We hope this will change in the near future!
