LOGINS

To reserve classes or gym time in our App, two logins are required.  We are very sorry that you need two but once you set it up for the first time, you will rarely have to enter them again.

  1. App Login – email and password you set when creating your app login.
  2. MICO Login – username and password you set when create your MICO (or MyIclubOnline)

How do I to create an app login?

To create an account for our mobile app, open the app on your device

  1. Download app by searching for Healthworks Fitness on the App Store or Google Play
  2. Open the App
  3. Select log in/sign up on the main page
  4. Select create account
  5. Select home club
  6. Type your member barcode or scan barcode from your member id card. If you have not yet received or you lost your member id card, you can email [email protected] to get your barcode.
  7. Enter your name and email address registered with Healthworks and enter a new password
  8. Select create account
  9. Once your account is created, you can take a tour of the app features or select “go to app” in the top right corner, which will bring you directly to our app home page

How do I create a MICO account?

To create a MICO account:

  1. Navigate to the MICO Registration Page.  Alternately, navigate to our home page, click on Member Login in the top right, scroll down and click the REGISTER button
  2. Enter your agreement number, name and zip code into each respective field
    1. If you do not know your agreement number, please select “Retrieve Agreement Number” and an email with your agreement number will be sent to your email address on file
  3. Click CONTINUE
  4. Enter email address, username, and password into each respective field.  We recommend you use the same email address on file with your membership, but this is not required.  This is the email address that will be used for future forgot password.
  5. Click REGISTER
  6. Once you have registered, click SIGN IN to be brought to the sign in screen
  7. In the sign in screen, enter your username and password into each respective field
  8. Click SIGN IN

How do I reserve a class or gym time?

To reserve a spot at our club via our mobile app:

  1. Open the app on your device.
  2. Select the Registration tile in the top left corner
  3. Scroll to the date for which you wish to reserve a spot for an HWX class or gym time
  4. Select your reservation of choice
  5. Select book class
  6. You will receive a confirmation pop-up once you have been successfully enrolled
  7. If you would like to cancel your booking, select cancel booking in your reservation, and press OK to confirm

If you can not make the class or gym time, please cancel your reservation so that others can use your space!

Can I reserve a class or gym time without downloading the app?

For the best experience, we recommend that all members use our mobile app but we also support reserving classes via our website:

  1. To reserve a spot at our club for HWX classes or gym time, you’ll need to use your MICO account.
  2. Navigate to the MICO Registration Page.  Alternately, navigate to our home page, click on Member Login in the top right.
  3. Sign into your MICO account using your username and password
    if you don’t have your MICO account set up,  just click on the register button on this page and feel free to refer to our video on how to set up your MICO account.  FYI, this is a different username and password then you would use to open our mobile app.
  4. If you forget your username and password, please select forgot username or password and follow the prompts to recover your username or reset your password. An email will be sent to the email address you used when you originally registered for your MICO account.
  5. Once you have signed into your account, select the classes tab in the top left corner
  6. Scroll to the date for which you wish to reserve a spot for an HWX class or gym time
  7. You will notice all of the options for that date appear in a list with the earliest time first
    1. Reserving gym time cardio allows you access to our cardio equipment for the full 75 min block
    2. Reserving gym time strength and cardio allows you access to our strength floor and cardio equipment for the full 75 minute block
    3. Reserving an HWX class allows you access into the club 15 minutes before class start and for the duration of that class only.
  8. To reserve your spot, simply click the enroll now button next to your reservation of choice
  9. A prompt will appear asking if you agree to the terms and conditions and would like to reserve. click the hyperlink to read through our updated terms and conditions.  It is very important that all members agree to our updated member polices before coming to the gym each time. For the full list of our updated member policies, please see our website, but to recap we ask that:
    1. You agree to not come to the club if you have any symptoms related to COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19,
      you agree to wear a mask when entering/exiting the club, in all common areas and follow all other guidance from local officials while in the club
    2. You agree to use your best efforts to keep physically distant from others in the club
    3. You agree to disinfect all equipment before and after use.
      once you have read the terms and conditions, close the pop-up window, check the box stating you agree, and click enroll in class.
      you will be directed to a confirmation page for your reservation.
      click enroll in another class to be directed back to the calendar, or simply sign out of your MICO account if you are done.
  10. If all spaces for a given time slot are taken, you have the option to join a waitlist for that reservation.
  11. Click join waitlist, agree to the updated terms and conditions, and click join waitlist
  12. To see a list of all reservations you have made, click My Activities, in the top left corner. Here you will see all of your reservations listed on one page.  You can cancel a reservation or remove yourself from a waitlist using the buttons on the far right and confirming the action on the next screen

We ask that you give us at least one hours notice to cancel a gym time or HWX class reservation and that you do so via your MICO account instead of by calling the club.

I can’t login to the app

When logging into the app, please use the email address you supplied when creating your app login.  If this is not working, please start with the “Forgot password?” link in the app.

I can’t login to MICO

If your login is not working when logging into MICO, please first try the Forgot Username or Forgot Password links.  Alternately, navigate to our home page, click on Member Login in the top right, scroll down and click Forgot Username or Forgot Password.

I do not remember if I have signed up for a MICO Login or not

If you are not sure you have created a MICO login or not, try to register again as described above.  If you have already registered, you will get an error message saying:  Agreement is already registered. Please return to the Sign-In Page and choose “I forgot my username or password.”
