teamMOBILITY
7:30 AM - 8:30 AM
TeamMobility is a small-group athletic mobility class focused on increasing or maintaining full range-of-motion in your joints. Meant to improve performance and decrease injury risk, this class will include focused static and dynamic stretches, controlled articular rotations, and self-myofascial release with such implements as foam rollers and balls. Contraindications include osteoporosis.

A total body workout with short intervals and minimal recovery time. This special work out uses a variety of body weight exercises, resitance bands, and light dumb bells to provide the challenge and intensity you need!
Gentle Yoga + Soundbath

Deepen your sense of relaxation and restore your muscles as you are lead through a candlelit Gentle Yoga to conclude your day. Reach a greater meditative state through the calming sounds of Tibetan singing bowls. Soundbath performed by Amy from Healing Haus Boston.

A 45-minute rhythm-based choreography cycle class that will help you burn calories, clear your mind, sweat out toxins and set good vibes for your day.
