Request Membership Change
Current members can request a change to their membership type at any time. The change will go into effect at the start of your next scheduled billing.
Membership Options
- Single-Club membership provides you with access to one home club. $59.99 bi-weekly for all Healthworks clubs and $64.99 bi-weekly for Republic Fitness.
- All-HW membership provides you with unlimited access to all Healthworks clubs for $64.99 bi-weekly. This excludes Republic Fitness. ($60.99 with a corporate membership)
- All-Group membership provides you with unlimited access to all Healthworks clubs for $69.99. This includes 1 Republic Fitness, 3 Healthworks and 2 GymIt clubs. ($65.99 with a corporate membership)
- Digital+ membership includes unlimited access to virtual workouts via HWX Digital Studio for $5.99 bi-weekly. This is NOT a club membership but provides access to the club at a discount of $20 per visit.
Annual Facilitates Enhancement Fee
- All new and changed memberships in club memberships have a $69.99 Annual Facilities Enhancement Fee. The Digital+ membership does not have an annual fee.
- If you have not paid this fee in the last 12 months, it will be charged 3 weeks after your new membership starts and then annually on this date.
- If you have paid this fee in the last 12 months, you will keep your normal fee date. If the fee paid was less then $69.99, the difference will be charged with this change.
Commitment
Switching to the Single-Club membership requires a new 12 month commitment. If you select another option, your current commitment date will remain.
Signature
After completing the below form, we will send you an updated membership agreement to e-sign. Please keep an eye out and e-sign within 48 hours so we can finish processing your request.
