May is Mental Health Awareness month and Healthworks has been at the forefront of helping our members feel better through movement. We are committed to driving awareness to the pressing mental health challenges of our times by opening our doors wider than ever to both members and the community.

Recognizing the diverse needs in mental wellness, we’re highlighting a range of our classes tailored to help improve mental health hurdles through engaging and supportive group activities. Our aim is to provide more than just a workout – we’re building a dynamic space where connection and collective energy thrive, challenging the isolation many continue to feel every day.

Pilates + Affirm

12:15 PM – 1:00 PM

A class to exercise your body and mind as you learn to integrate breathing, muscle control and kinetic precision. Pilates will help you build a stronger core, increase overall muscle tone and improve posture, stability and alignment. Post class, leave an affirmation for yourself and our community!

Lavendar Infused Flow Yoga I

5:15 PM – 6:15 PM

A workout that flows from one pose to the next, with 5-8 breaths per pose. Our Vinyasa class connects longer poses and focus to build strength and flexibility. Enhance your practice with the infusion of lavender for deeper relaxation.

BUILD X + Affirm – STRENGTH

5:30 PM – 6:15 PM

A 45-minute strength training class designed to work your core and strengthen all major muscle groups. Post class, leave an affirmation for yourself and our community!

HEALTHWORKS COOLIDGE CORNER

Heavy Hills ACHIEVE – Cycle

6:00 AM – 6:45 AM

A no frill, all feat cycle class designed to help you to push your limits and challenge your personal best. By combining high intensity intervals with heavy hills, this class will build strength and endurance through the use of even more resistance compared to our traditional ACHIEVE classes. Turn it up and experience the benefits in class and beyond!

BODYPUMP Affirm – STRENGTH

10:30 AM – 11:30 AM | 4:15 PM – 5:15 PM

A total body, barbell workout for anyone looking to get leaned, toned and fit. This class uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, with great music pumping out encouragement. Be prepared to leave class feeling challenged, motivated and ready to come back for more. Post class, leave an affirmation for yourself and our community!

BUILD X + Release – STRENGTH

5:30 PM – 6:15 PM

A 45-minute strength training class designed to work your core and strengthen all major muscle groups. Conclude class with 10 minutes of myofascial release for intentional recovery.

Zumba – Dance Under the Lights

6:30 PM – 7:15 PM

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. For extra zest, you’ll be moving and grooving under the lights of a twirling disco ball!

Candlelit VIBE – Cycle

6:45 PM – 7:30 PM

A 45-minute rhythm-based choreography cycle class that will help you burn calories, clear your mind, sweat out toxins and leave you feeling deeply connected to your mind and body. Conclude your day in a candlelit room as we tap back, sway and sculpt our arms to an inspirational/emotional playlist.

A full-body workout to shape longer, leaner muscles without the bulk. Be prepared to use a ballet barre, body weights and balls, while instructors guide you through postures inspired by yoga and Pilates. This class focuses on the essentials: alignment, form and safety, with limited cardio or props. Post class, leave an affirmation for yourself and our community!

Flow Yoga I + Meditation

6:15 PM – 7:15 PM

Flowing from one pose to the next, linked by breath and focus, our Vinyasa class connects longer poses to build strength and flexibility. Class may be more focused on strength or flexibility, or mixed based on the instructor. Slow pace. 5-8 breaths per pose. This is a physically challenging class, but it will not include inversions, bindings, wheel or arm balances. Class concludes with a 10 minute meditation practice.

4:15 PM – 5:15 PM

A slow-paced class where yoga practitioners of all levels will benefit from the emphasis on breathing, alignment, flexibility and focus. Instructors provide moment-to-moment adjustments and modifications including demonstrations and the use of props. Class concludes with a 10 minute meditation practice. Enhance your practice with the infusion of lavender for deeper relaxation.

POWER45 + Release – ATHLETIC CONDITIONING

5:30 PM – 6:15 PM

A cutting-edge, circuit training class with innovative stations designed to bring out your inner athlete. You will challenge your strength and endurance with battle ropes, penalty boxes, medicine balls, TRX and more as you quickly move from station to station. Conclude class with 10 minutes of myofascial release for intentional recovery.
