HEALTHWORKS BACK BAY

POWER45 + Eucalyptus

11:45 AM – 12:30 PM

A cutting-edge, circuit training class with innovative stations designed to bring out your inner athlete. You’ll challenge your strength and endurance with battle ropes, penalty boxes, medicine balls, TRX and more as you quickly move from station to station. Recover after your workout with the soothing benefits of a cool eucalyptus towel. Taught by Robbie G.

FLOW YOGA I + Meditation

12:15 PM – 1:00 PM

Flowing from one pose to the next, linked by breath and focus, our Vinyasa class connects longer poses to build strength and flexibility. Class may be more focused on strength or flexibility, or mixed based on the instructor. Slow pace. 5-8 breaths per pose. This is a physically challenging class, but it will not include inversions, bindings, wheel or arm balances. Class concludes with a 10 minute meditation practice. Taught by Cher D.

PITBULL VS RIHANNA BUILD X

5:30 PM – 6:15 PM

A 45-minute strength training class designed to work your core and strengthen all major muscle groups, set to beats by Pitbull and Rihanna. Taught by Katelyn D.

305 FITNESS Under the Lights

6:30 PM – 7:15 PM

305 Fitness is a dance cardio workout! It’s fun, wild, and hard AF. An addictively fun dance cardio class that works you head to toe. Drop it low, tone it up, and shake it out in the studio under the lights of a twirling disco ball! Taught by Becca P.

IGNITE + Eucalyptus

7:15 AM – 8:00 AM

A high intensity class that will leave you breathless, boost your metabolism, and burn calories well after class is over. Be prepared for compound movements that will challenge different muscle groups. With lights low, energy high, and our bass bumping playlist, you’ll leave feeling strong and accomplished. Recover from your workout with the soothing benefits of a cool eucalyptus towel. Taught by Maria V.

Candlelight VIBE

5:30 PM – 6:15 PM

A rhythm-based choreography cycle class that will burn calories, clear your mind, sweat out toxins, and leave you feeling deeply connected to your mind & body. Conclude your day in a candlelit room as we tap back, sway and sculpt our arms to an inspirational/emotional playlist. Taught by Heather B.

BUILD X: EAST COAST VS WEST COAST RAP

6:15 PM – 7:00 PM

A 45-minute strength training class designed to work your core and strengthen all major muscle groups. In a battle of East vs. West Coast Rap beats, you will leave feeling stronger than ever before. Taught by Alison O.

Heavy Hills ACHEIVE

6:30 PM – 7:15 PM

A no frill, all feat cycle class designed to help you to push your limits and challenge your personal best. By combining high intensity intervals with heavy hills, this class will build strength and endurance through the use of even more resistance compared to our traditional ACHIEVE classes. Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. For extra zest, you’ll be moving and grooving under the lights of a twirling disco ball! Taught by Natasha C.

BRITNEY VS GAGA VIBE

6:45 PM – 7:30 PM

A rhythm-based choreography cycle class that will burn calories, clear your mind, sweat out toxins, and set good vibes for your day. Be prepared for tap backs, pushups, and an arm sculpting song set to a bass bumping playlist featuring Britney Spears and Lady Gaga. Taught by Danielle P.

POWER YOGA I + Meditation

7:45 PM – 8:45 PM

A more athletic approach to yoga with a faster pace and challenging sequence that builds heat, stamina, lean muscle mass, and increased flexibility. Quick pace. 1-3 breaths per pose. This class will NOT include the following: inversions, bindings, wheel or arm balances. Class concludes with a 10 minute meditation practice. Taught by Leah C.

REPUBLIC FITNESS

CYCLE x STRENGTH + Eucalyptus

6:15 PM – 7:10 PM

Achieve more with 20 minutes of high intensity cycle followed by 20 minutes of strength and conditioning stations. Increase endurance on your bike and hit the floor to build strength with heavy weights . You will leave class feeling confident you pushed beyond your limits.
