May is Mental Health Awareness month and Healthworks has been at the forefront of helping our members feel better through movement. We are committed to driving awareness to the pressing mental health challenges of our times by opening our doors wider than ever to both members and the community.

Recognizing the diverse needs in mental wellness, we’re highlighting a range of our classes tailored to help improve mental health hurdles through engaging and supportive group activities. Our aim is to provide more than just a workout – we’re building a dynamic space where connection and collective energy thrive, challenging the isolation many continue to feel every day.

Our classes are designed with your emotional well-being in mind. This guide helps you choose the right class based on the emotions you're experiencing. Look for these icons next to each class description to find your perfect fit. How are you feeling:

ACHIEVE – Cycle

A metric-based cycle class driven by challenging terrain. You’ll build endurance through high intensity intervals, sprints and hills. Push your limits and achieve more.

BODYCOMBAT – Boxing

A fiercely energetic martial arts workout where you are totally unleashed and empowered. Karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai enthusiasts will especially enjoy this. (Les Mills)

BUILD X – Strength

A 45-minute strength training class designed to work your core and strengthen all major muscle groups.

VIBE – Cycle

A rhythm-based cycle class with choreography set to the beat of the music. Expect a high-energy, music-driven ride with jumps, tap backs, and upper body work on your bike for a total body workout that feels like a party.

Pilates

A class to exercise your body and mind as you learn to integrate breathing, muscle control and kinetic precision. Pilates will build a stronger core, increase overall muscle tone, and improve posture, stability and alignment.

SCULPT

A strength building class combined with elements of cardio that challenges your muscular endurance and increases strength.

BODYPUMP – Strength

By utilizing the barbell system and a step, you’ll feel the burn and get the results you came for in this strength workout. (Les Mills)

Les Mills SHAPES

A low-impact, full-body workout blending Pilates, barre, and power yoga to sculpt muscles, build core strength, and improve flexibility using small, controlled movements set to modern music, suitable for all fitness levels with optional use of weights or bands for added intensity. It focuses on targeted muscle engagement, posture, balance, and body awareness for a modern strength training experience.

Power Yoga

A more athletic approach to yoga with a faster pace and challenging sequence that builds heat, stamina, lean muscle mass, and increased flexibility. Quick pace. 1-3 breaths per pose. This class will NOT include the following: inversions, bindings, wheel or arm balances.

Barre

A full-body workout to shape leaner, longer muscles without the bulk. Using the ballet barre and your own body weight, you will be guided through postures inspired by yoga and Pilates. This class focuses on the essentials: alignment, form and safety, with limited cardio or the use of props.

POWER45 – Athletic Conditioning

A cutting-edge, circuit training class with innovative stations designed to bring out your inner athlete. You’ll challenge your strength and endurance with battle ropes, penalty boxes, medicine balls, TRX and more as you quickly move from station to station.

Gentle Yoga + Connect

A slow-paced class where yoga practitioners of all levels will benefit from the emphasis on breathing, alignment, flexibility and focus. Instructors provide moment-to-moment adjustments and modifications including demonstrations and the use of props. 30 minutes of easy to follow, low impact aerobics followed by 30 minutes of strength training. After class, join your instructor and fellow members at a local coffee shop for complimentary coffee and snacks—the perfect way to extend your practice into community and connection. Plan for an additional 30 – 60 minutes after class time to connect with other members.

Flow Yoga I

Flowing from one pose to the next, linked by breath and focus, our Vinyasa class connects longer poses to build strength and flexibility. Class may be more focused on strength or flexibility, or mixed based on the instructor. Slow pace. 5-8 breaths per pose. This is a physically challenging class, but it will not include inversions, bindings, wheel or arm balances.

BODYJAM – Dance

A cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat.

STEP

A low-impact cardio class to build strength and tone muscles with easy-to-learn techniques.

Remix – Dance

An upbeat dance class that will use all the new hits to make you feel like a rockstar! Follow simple and fun dance routines and have a blast!

RUN + RESTORE

Join a personal trainer for 30 minutes of outdoor running followed by 20 minutes of foam rolling. Session will meet in the club and return to the club for a cooldown. Ideal for beginner runners!

TABATA – Athletic Conditioning

A total body workout with short intervals and minimal recovery time. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need!

Pilates + Connect

A class to exercise your body and mind as you learn to integrate breathing, muscle control and kinetic precision. Pilates will build a stronger core, increase overall muscle tone, and improve posture, stability and alignment.

Barre Sport

Taking Barre to the next level! This fast-paced class incorporates Pilates, dance, cardio intervals and strength training.

305 Fitness – Dance

305 Fitness is a dance cardio workout! It’s fun, wild, and hard AF. An addictively fun dance cardio class that works you head to toe. Drop it low, tone it up, and shake it out in the studio!

Zumba – Dance

Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba!

IGNITE – Athletic Conditioning

A high-intensity workout that will boost your metabolism and help you burn calories well after class is over. Be prepared for compound movements that will challenge different muscle groups and leave you breathless. With energy high and our bass bumping playlist, you will leave feeling strong and accomplished.

GENTLE STRETCH

A gentle method of bodywork, which will provide a full body stretch. Movements flow smoothly to increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension, develop core strength, and improve muscular balance.
