A lot of times the gym is sacrificed to a busy, stressful schedule. Throughout my early years, I rode horses competitively and ran track. Through college, I found my passion for yoga, high intensity interval training (HIIT), endurance training, and strength training.

In my career, I have successfully integrated these experiences into comprehensive programs curated uniquely for senior citizens, children, D1 athletes and more! My goal is to show you the life-long benefits of fitness and to help build stronger, more confident women in the process!

My own fitness journey has not been linear. I started running at the age of 6, and from there I have dabbled in gymnastics, pole vaulting, CrossFit, Yoga and weight-lifting. From a person wanting to train for a Spartan race, folks who are pre/post-natal, to members who have had multiple replacements and others with arthritis.
