At Healthworks, we’re committed to providing opportunities for strength, wellness and physical health to women and girls of all ages within our community.

With NextGEN Fitness, our trainers focus on the importance of movement, and just how beneficial it is for the mind and body to stay healthy and strong. Weekly workouts include strength, agility, yoga, barre, pilates and more in an encouraging, positive and fun environment your teens will love.

Open to all levels and girls ages 12-15, this program will highlight the importance of physical and mental health and work to build body confidence and self-esteem. Your teens will feel empowered in an engaging and social after school activity to do with friends or as a means to make new ones!

Sessions are $10 each with open enrollment and a rolling admission (sign up and start anytime). For those who need financial assistance, please inquire about our sliding scale offerings.
