With NextGEN Fitness, our trainers focus on the importance of movement, and just how beneficial it is for the mind and body to stay healthy and strong. Weekly workouts include strength, agility, yoga, barre, pilates and more in an encouraging, positive and fun environment your teens will love.
Open to all levels and teens aged 11-15, this program will highlight the importance of physical and mental health and work to build body confidence and self-esteem. Your teens will feel empowered in an engaging and social after school activity to do with friends or as a means to make new ones!
