We’re excited to bring nextGEN Fitness to our communities to teach young women that exercise comes in a variety of ways with the underlying goal of continuously working towards better mental and physical health and overall well-being.
Whether you’re new to fitness, looking to learn new ways to move or want a fun after school activity to do with your friends, this group will empower you!
We will focus on the importance of movement and how beneficial it is for your mind and body to stay healthy and strong. Our instructors will focus on providing participants with a variety of workouts (Pilates, Strength, Barre, Agility, Yoga, Recovery, etc.) in a positive, fun and encouraging environment.
