Get outdoors for a 30-minute group run followed by a 20-minute recovery session with foam rolling back at the club!

HIIT on The Greenway

June 6 – September 26

Join Tara Breznovitz Mondays at 5:15pm on the Rowes Wharf Lawn, Parcel 17 (Atlantic Ave and High Street), for a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class will leave you breathless, boost your metabolism, and help you burn calories well after class is over! Be prepared for compound movements that will challenge different muscle groups.

We recommend you come with water, a mat and a towel. Sneakers are required. Please note there will be no class on the 4th of July or Labor Day.

FLOW YOGA on The Greenway

June 6 – September 26

HIIT at Trinity Park in Copley Square

Join us for two full-energy pop-up HIIT workouts this summer at Trinity Park (right across from the Boston Public Library entrance).

ZUMBA at Griggs Park

June 28

Join Natasha Corbin at Griggs Park in Coolidge Corner for an evening pop-up ZUMBA class on June 28 at 6:30pm! Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

We recommend you come with water and sneakers. Griggs Park is located at 33 Griggs Rd in Brookline, just off of Beacon Street in Coolidge Corner.

HARVARD STEPS

July 13

We're heading back to the Harvard Steps with trainers Connor Longo and Lianna Debor on July 13 at 6pm. Conquer the Harvard Stadium one step at a time! Join us for an 100+ year tradition of climbing the stairs at Harvard Stadium and we'll lead you through a challenging workout climbing and descending the stairs at the Harvard Football Stadium.

We recommend you come with water. Sneakers are required. Harvard Stadium is located at 79 N Harvard St in Allston.

July 21

Join Elyssa at Griggs Park in Coolidge Corner for two back-to-back HIIT workouts at 5:30pm and 6pm on July 21!
