We are thrilled to launch this new offering! Our goal is to keep expecting, new moms, and seasoned moms engaged in the Healthworks Community through the use of our in-club offerings as well as our new Pre and Post Natal Virtual Series offered through our HWX Digital Studio.

Pre-Natal Series- HWX Digital Studio

Check out our new and improved HWX Digital Studio for a virtual pre-natal series of HWX classes including Zumba and Yoga, pregnancy-friendly strength workouts led by pre/postnatal certified trainers, an informational video on trimester-based exercise modifications, and massage demos led by our prenatal certified massage therapists.

Post Natal Series- HWX Digital Studio

Check out our new and improved HWX Digital Studio for a virtual post-natal series of HWX classes including Zumba and Yoga, postpartum strength workouts led by pre/postnatal certified trainers, an informational video on Diastasis Recti, how to check for it, and what exercises to avoid, as well as a corrective workout to improve mom posture. Minimal equipment needed!

teamKIDS

Looking for your kids to get some energy out? Enroll them in teamKIDS so they can run, jump and play their way to a great workout while having fun! This workout can be set up with a group of friends or we can match your child with an established group, either in-club or remote. Open to all fitness levels and ages 6-12 (we will group kids together by age), sessions offered at 30 and 50 minutes.  

teamMOM

Whether you want to stay in shape during your pregnancy or regain your pre-baby fitness level afterwards, this pre and post-natal program is a serious workout offered in a supportive environment. Toning exercises, core work, and cardio are incorporated to help both new moms and soon-to-be moms safely and effectively target all the specific needs of a changing body.

Complimentary Personal Training

Whether you are a new mom member, a member looking to stay fit and healthy during pregnancy, or just returning to the gym after baby, we’ve got you covered. We will set you up with two complimentary sessions with a pre/post-natal certified personal trainer to develop a safe and effective exercise routine that works for you no matter where you are in your pregnancy journey. These sessions can be completed in club or remotely.
