teamMOM is an indoor fitness class designed specifically for new moms looking to safely return to exercise after pregnancy. Bring your baby in their stroller and enjoy a supportive workout focused on rebuilding strength, improving stability, and feeling confident in your body again.

• Rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength
• Full-body strength and light cardio
• Improving posture, balance, and stability
• Functional movements to make everyday life feel easier
