Power Yoga I + Eucalyptus

A more athletic approach to yoga with a faster pace and challenging sequences that build heat, stamina, lean muscle mass, and increased flexibility. Quick pace. 1-3 breaths per pose. Conclude your practice with the soothing benefits of a cool eucalyptus towel. Taught by Christina R.
This class will NOT include the following: inversions, bindings, wheel or arm balances.

Flow Yoga I + Meditation

Flowing from one pose to the next, linked by breath and focus, our Vinyasa class connects longer poses to build strength and flexibility. Class may be more focused on strength or flexibility, or mixed based on the instructor. Slow pace. 5-8 breaths per pose. This is a physically challenging class, but it will not include inversions, bindings, wheel or arm balances. Class concludes with a 10 minute meditation practice. Taught by Cher D.

Restore and Reiki with Best of Boston’s Shannon McNally

Join Master Energy Healer, Shannon McNally, for a deeply peaceful and nurturing experience for the mind, body and spirit. This class will incorporate a mindful sequence of restorative poses to calm your nervous system, connect to breath and open your body. While in these poses, Shannon will share the healing touch of Reiki to restore the flow of energy in the body and leave you in a state of physical and emotional balance.

This class is for all levels of experience. Wear comfortable clothing that will encourage you to feel warm and cozy!

305 Fitness Under the Lights

You’ll challenge your strength and endurance with battle ropes, penalty boxes, medicine balls, TRX and more as you quickly move from station to station set to beats by Ellie Goulding & Dua Lipa. Zumba Under the Lights

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. For extra zest, you’ll be moving and grooving under the lights of a twirling disco ball! Taught by Natasha C.

Reach a greater meditative state through the calming sounds of Tibetan singing bowls. Class concludes with a 10 minute meditation practice and hands-on Reiki for those open to touch.
