Each 8-week block brings together the same group of up to 10 members, creating a supportive environment where you’ll build strength, confidence, and community. teamBURN Ignite your endurance in this fast-paced, full-body workout that pairs treadmill intervals with dynamic strength and conditioning circuits. Designed to keep your heart rate up and energy high, teamBURN blends athletic intensity with expert coaching and curated playlists to keep you moving with purpose. An intense full body workout, this class incorporates drills to build power and strength, as well as cardio intervals. Learn boxing techniques and progress into more intense workouts each week. 

teamRUN
teamRUN is your go-to crew for building stamina, sharpening technique, and pushing pace. Every session is packed with purposeful runs—from intervals to tempo efforts—paired with mobility and core training to elevate your performance and keep you injury-free. Led by expert coaches and fueled by community, teamRUN meets you where you are and helps you go farther, faster, and stronger.

teamSTRENGTH Build muscle and precision through barbell-based training and advanced technique work designed to enhance your mind-muscle connection and reduce injury risk. Each session centers on compound lifts supported by accessory movements that develop total-body strength and reinforce proper mechanics. With expert coaching, intentional programming, and a focus on progression, teamSTRENGTH helps you lift with confidence and train with purpose

teamTRX
teamTRX Develop strength, control, and core stability through progressive bodyweight training using TRX suspension straps. Each session builds on the last, helping you improve balance, flexibility, and movement quality over time. With expert coaching and scalable exercises, you’ll challenge yourself at your own pace while advancing toward stronger, more stable movement patterns.

teamDeadlift Master the queen of lifts with precision, power, and purpose.
