CUSTOM PROGRAMS
Personalized to meet your unique needs
Price: $64 for 1-month program
What’s Included:
- One of our certified Personal Trainers will curate a 7-day workout plan including one strength program tailored to your fitness needs, preferences, and concerns (including any injuries or limitations).
- The strength program is ideally completed 2-3 times per week and is reassessed and refreshed with a new program each month. This ensures ongoing progress and adjustments tailored to your goals, with a new program provided at the start of each month for a continued fee.
- Provided with recommendations on cardio, mobility, flexibility and recovery workouts on alternative days.
Who it’s for:
This option is ideal for someone looking for a personalized fitness plan, without the commitment of ongoing personal training. Custom Programs offer guidance based on your specific goals and progress, but workouts will be independent.
GUIDED PROGRAMS
Great for independent workout enthusiasts looking for a results driven program
Price: $59 for 12 week programming
What’s Included:
- A 12-week online program designed to help you stay on track via the Healthworks + Republic Fitness app.
- Pre-set, structured workouts (not customized) designed by our own HW trainers for various levels and goals including strength, endurance, mobility, and more.
- Ideal for those who work out regularly, but don’t need additional accountability.
- A solid option for someone who wants structure without the need for one-on-one coaching.
Who it’s for:
This option is perfect if you enjoy working out on your own and don’t need personalized training or regular check-ins. Someone who is confident in their form and does not have any injuries/chronic pain. The Guided Program gives you a framework, but you’re in control!
Clients have access to a variety of workouts, categorized into different fitness goals and levels. Each category is available in three phases: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Here are the workout categories:

- Active Age: Workouts tailored to our aging adults focusing on maintaining health and vitality.
- Barbells: Strength sessions that focus on incorporating barbells in a total body workout.
- Core: Exercises targeting core strength and stability.
- HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): Intense, short bursts of exercise followed by rest for improving cardiovascular fitness and endurance.
- Hypertrophy: Total body strength workouts that are geared towards gaining muscle definition.
- Improve Posture: Workouts designed to enhance posture and alleviate related issues.
- Metcon (Metabolic Conditioning): High-intensity workouts aimed at improving overall metabolic rate and conditioning.
- **Mobility & Flexibility: Exercises to improve joint mobility and overall flexibility.
- **Pushup: Focused routines to enhance upper body strength with variations of pushups.
- Strength and Endurance: Balanced workouts combining strength training with endurance exercises.
