TUESDAY, MAY 12
Pilates + Connect
7:15 AM – 8:15 AM
A class to exercise your body and mind as you learn to integrate breathing, muscle control and kinetic precision. Pilates will build a stronger core, increase overall muscle tone, and improve posture, stability and alignment. 30 minutes of easy to follow, low impact aerobics followed by 30 minutes of strength training. After class, join your instructor and fellow members at a local coffee shop for complimentary coffee and snacks—the perfect way to extend your practice into community and connection. Plan for an additional 30 – 60 minutes after class time to connect with other members.
Workshop – Barbell Basics
8:00 AM – 8:30 AM | 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Join our personal trainers to learn how to use the barbells and squat racks! Trainers will review proper warm ups, how to adjust the racks and proper form for the Deadlift, Squat and Bench Press. Learn proper technique to help you increase strength while staying safe!

A low-impact, full-body workout blending Pilates, barre, and power yoga to sculpt muscles, build core strength, and improve flexibility using small, controlled movements set to modern music, suitable for all fitness levels with optional use of weights or bands for added intensity. It focuses on targeted muscle engagement, posture, balance, and body awareness for a modern strength training experience.

Class uses a variety of props for sequences aiming to improve muscle control, posture, flexibility, and coordination. It’s a mind-body transformation that builds strength, improves posture, and leaves you feeling empowered and energized.
VIBE – Cycle
7:30 AM – 8:15 AM
A rhythm-based cycle class with choreography set to the beat of the music. Expect a high-energy, music-driven ride with jumps, tap backs, and upper body work on your bike for a total body workout that feels like a party.
SCULPT
8:45 AM – 9:30 AM
A strength building class combined with elements of cardio that challenges your muscular endurance and increases strength.
Barre
9:45 AM – 10:30 AM
A full-body workout to shape leaner, longer muscles without the bulk. Using the ballet barre and your own body weight, you will be guided through postures inspired by yoga and Pilates. This class focuses on the essentials: alignment, form and safety, with limited cardio or the use of props.

TABATA – Athletic Conditioning

A total body workout with short intervals and minimal recovery time. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need!

Flowing from one pose to the next, linked by breath and focus, our Vinyasa class connects longer poses to build strength and flexibility. Class may be more focused on strength or flexibility, or mixed based on the instructor. Slow pace. 5-8 breaths per pose. This is a physically challenging class that may include inversions, bindings, wheel or arm balances.
Workshop – Kickbox Conditioning
5:30 PM – 6:00 PM
A high-energy workout combining kickboxing combos with conditioning intervals. Build power, endurance, and coordination through rounds of punches, kicks, and strength drills for a full-body burn.

Sculpt Yoga

Zumba – Dance

Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba!
