Goals to choose from:
- Check into Healthworks a minimum of 4x per week (must check in at front desk) between 7/1/17-8/13/17.
- Improve my 1 mile run time at 2% incline by 10%.
- Decrease my body fat composition by 2%.
- Increase a max lift by 15% (max lift type TBD by client/trainer).
- Create my own. This must be approved by your Trainer and Fitness Director.
Your goal must be approved by your trainer. This way we know it is measurable and attainable. Initial testing starts 6/28 through 7/9 and final testing between 8/9-8/13 and must be completed with a personal trainer or fitness manager. Reach out to your trainer for more details!
