One body. Working out is not just about looking good and lifting heavy weights. It’s a complete mind and body experience. There isn’t just one workout that works for everybody. It is about finding what you love and staying active. The most important thing is to keep moving, keep improving and never give up on yourself. Now let’s find your best “one” body.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS ::

EXPERIENCE ::
I enjoy working with new members or those starting out on their journeys to help integrate them into the club and to develop personalized programs to help them achieve their goals. I also love working with clients who are looking to change up their routine and challenge themselves. Incorporating flexibility, as well as injury prevention techniques, into client plans to build confidence and maintain a safe environment. Agility and endurance training for those who are looking to feel lighter on their feet and less out of breath.

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY ::
Knowing that you are unique! Everyone is different and therefore trains differently. Remember that what works for someone else may not work for you, but know that there is something out there that will work for you. Set your goals and make your plan based on what you want to improve. Staying positive and motivated is the key to your success. No matter what, you are here for you and that is the first step in the right direction!

When we strengthen the body, we strengthen the mind. I want every woman to feel at home and at peace in their bodies. Training shouldn’t be a punishment, it should be a reward, an investment in yourself. My own fitness and self love journey has instilled in me the desire to help you find your passion for exercise and wellness, and in the process find your best self. It’s time to Be Well. Be Happy. Be You.

Healthworks Back Bay Pilates Trainer and STOTT Instructor

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
STOTT Pilates Mat and Reformer

EXPERIENCE
I found fitness first as a dancer growing up and then in college as a spinning instructor and small group trainer. I started off at Healthworks doing membership sales and it was at this point that I first found Pilates. I was suffering from some overuse in my knees and low back pain and once I started training in the Pilates method I found such a huge change. Being able to share this form of exercise with as many people as I can is what drives me as a trainer!

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
I believe Pilates is something that can benefit everyone in different ways and help them live and long and healthy life. Everything you do in Pilates can be taken out of the studio and into the rest of your day, and I love helping people find that.
