Chair Massage – Chair Massages are an abridged, seated massage offering focused on the neck, shoulders, back, and arms, aiming to relieve tension and stress in a quick and convenient way.
Craniosacral Massage – Craniosacral is a gentle, hands-on therapy that focuses on the craniosacral system, which includes the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. The goal is to improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, which is believed to help the body’s natural healing process, helping to alleviate pain, improve overall health, and promote self-correction.
Cupping – Cupping can be used almost anywhere on the body to boost circulation and enhance tissue flexibility. Great for improving mobility and relieving pain, cups are used to apply a gentle suction and create negative pressure on the skin. Muscles and fascia are pulled and stretched, as well as being massaged, bringing relief to compressed tissue. Facial Cupping is focused on the face and neck to gently lift the tissue and stimulate blood flow, leaving skin looking tighter and brighter.
Himalayan Salt Stone – During a Himalayan salt massage, pink salt stones are heated to allow the minerals to absorb into the body, maximizing the salt’s many benefits, such as exfoliation and improved circulation. The benefits of massage therapy combined with the added benefits of the Himalayan salt stones create a deep sense of relaxation and well-being.
Jaw Massage – A jaw massage, also known as a TMJ massage, is a type of massage therapy that focuses on the muscles and soft tissues around the jawline and temporomandibular joint (TMJ). It’s a specialized treatment aimed at relieving tension, pain, and stiffness in the jaw area.
Lymphatic Drainage – Lymphatic drainage massage uses light pressure, without oils or creams, to support the lymphatic system and has been used to treat conditions like lymphedema and swelling from injury, pregnancy, and other conditions. Other benefits of lymphatic drainage massage include enhanced immune system function and relaxation and stress relief.
Neck and Scalp Massage – A neck and massage is a therapeutic technique that focuses on the head, neck, and sometimes shoulders, utilizing massage to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve circulation in the upper body. It can include stimulating nerves and blood vessels, calming muscle tension, and reducing tension-related symptoms like headaches.
Reiki – Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
Theragun Massage – For an enhanced deep tissue or specialized massage, our Massage Therapists offer a Theragun add-ons to their treatments to relieve sore muscles, stress and tension while increasing blood flow and range of motion.
