FAQ MAINTAIN:

What is MAINTAIN?
– MAINTAIN is a program that is designed to help you stay on track this holiday season! If you complete your initial and final Inbody assessment and maintain your weight during the dates outlined below, you will be entered into our raffle!

How long is the program?
– The program starts the day you complete your initial Inbody assessment and ends the day you complete your final Inbody assessment. Initial Inbody assessments should be completed between 11/19/2018 and 11/28/2018 and your final Inbody assessments should be completed between 1/1/2019 and 1/9/2019.

How do I sign up?
– Sign up on the sign-up sheets in the club or contact your club Fitness Director.

Where do I get my InBody assesment?
– Initial and Final Inbody assessments must be done at the same club.

What is an Inbody assessment?
– An Inbody assessment is used to measure your body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, and total body water.

What is MYZONE?
– MYZONE is an innovative wearable heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. MYZONE will be helpful to track your progress before your final InBody assessment!

What is a MYZONE MEP?
– A MEP, “My Effort Point”, is how MYZONE measures your effort in each workout. The points associated with each zone are listed below. The points you receive are directly correlated to your heart rate (HR). On strength days, you will earn fewer points, since you will likely not be entering the yellow/red zones because your heart rate will not be as high as a cardiovascular or high-intensity day, but that’s OK and very important to help you reach your fitness goals. It is important that you have a good balance in your workout routine that incorporates of different types of workouts each week!

When will I get my raffle ticket?
–You will receive your raffle ticket at your final InBody assessment

How will I know who the raffle winner is?
–We will announce the winner of the raffle winner on our social media pages on January 14th.
