Designed for those brand new to Pilates and/or the Pilates equipment, this class will teach you how to set-up and break-down equipment, personalize reformer settings, focus on breathing, body-awareness, and core Pilates principles.
Building on the basics, continue to enhance your strength and endurance in this challenging format that includes a full assortment of key exercises. Intro to Reformer is a prerequisite for this class.
Challenge yourself! The reformer 2 level is appropriate for participants who have a clear understanding of basic Pilates principles in addition to the strength, endurance and coordination necessary to be successful in this more challenging format. Intro to Reformer and Reformer 1 are prerequisites for this class.
Master your skill! Now that you are a seasoned Pilates participant, test yourself. Sequencing, balance, coordination, and control are all included in this demanding workout. Intro to Reformer, Reformer 1, and Reformer 2 are prerequisites for this class.
