This fit queen uses these protein muffins as a pre-workout snack since her early a.m. workouts are just not conducive to a big breakfast. We think they’re a perfect and super convenient alternative to any tempting unhealthy snack laying around the office or kitchen. Here’s what you’ll need:

– 1 banana
– 1 egg
– 1/2 cup nut butter
– 2 tbsp maple syrup
– 2 tsp of your favorite protein powder (she uses @vitalproteins)
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/8 tsp salt

3) Karena and Katrina @toneitupnutrition

Smoothie bowls are a relatively new trend but we think with delicious options like their Beautifying Blackberry Banana Smoothie Bowl, they’ll definitely stick around for a while! Grab the following ingredients to whip up your own version:

– 1/2 frozen banana
– 1/2 frozen blackberries
– 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (they use their own from @ToneItUp)
– 3/4 cup coconut water
– 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
