International Dance Day takes place on Monday, April 29 and we’re celebrating again across our clubs with 5 days of special class highlights spanning April 29-May 3.

Grab your friends and join us to move your body to our intentionally curated beats and connect with others to celebrate the beauty and freedom of movement and dance. The International Dance Day message aims to bring people together with a common language – DANCE! See below for the schedule of all the highlighted classes we’ll be offering at our clubs:

Dance Class Descriptions (open to all fitness levels):

  • 305 Fitness – a dance cardio workout that’s fun, wild, and hard AF. An addictively fun dance cardio class that works you head to toe. Drop it low, tone it up, and shake it out in the studio!
  • Les Mills BODYJAM – a cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat!
  • Remix – an upbeat dance class that will use all the new hits to make you feel like a rockstar! Follow simple and fun dance routines and have a blast!
  • Zumba – Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba!
