Back by popular demand, RUN + RESTORE returns April 1!

Led by our experienced trainers, this is a complimentary 50-minute run group that features a guided 30-minute outdoor run that leaves from our clubs, followed by a guided 20-minute cooldown recovery period back at the club with Theragun use and foam rolling.

Open to all levels, RUN + RESTORE is perfect for anyone looking to get into running or improve your 5K pace while getting to know others in the community and embracing the benefits of outdoor workouts as the weather warms up.
