Our new HWX Fall Schedule drops on Monday, September 8 and we’re so ready, HBU?

Get ready for more of what you love, including the addition of a lot more Mind/Body classes all taught by your favorite instructions and some incredible new ones we can’t wait for you to get to know! And for our Pilates fans, we’re adding a new class format to the line-up.

Pilates Sculpt offers 45 minutes of high-intensity, low-impact movement that fuses Pilates precision with modern sculpting techniques. Class uses a variety of props for sequences aiming to improve muscle control, posture, flexibility, and coordination. It’s a mind-body transformation that builds strength, improves posture, and leaves you feeling empowered and energized.

Also coinciding with our new schedule drop is our increased club hours at Healthworks Back Bay and Cambridge. As of September 2, Back Bay is now open until 8pm, Saturday-Sunday, and Cambridge until 10pm, Monday-Thursday, allowing us to offer more classes later in the evening for our members.
