Membership Requests

Healthworks and Republic Fitness members can quickly modify their membership online through our member portal or through the Healthworks + Republic Fitness app (Apple / Android).

SUBMIT A REQUEST TO OUR TEAM FOR MANUAL PROCESSING

Please allow 5 – 7 days for us to complete these requests: 

Membership Freeze – Request to freeze your membership for personal, medical, military or religious reasons. 

Transfer Membership – Transfer your membership to different Healthworks clubs or Republic Fitness or GymIt. 

Membership Type Change – Add or remove benefits from your membership.

Reactivate Your Membership Reactivate your membership after a freeze. 

Money Back Guarantee Membership Cancel – Request to cancel your membership in the first 10 days of your membership for any reason to receive a refund and immediately cancel your membership for any reason. 

Cancel Membership If you need to cancel your membership for medical reasons or you have moved more than 25 miles from one of our clubs you may request an immediate cancellation with documentation and be exempt from any cancellation fees or additional payments.

MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE HEALTHWORKS + REPUBLIC FITNESS APP

  1. Open your Healthworks and Republic Fitness app 
  2. Tap the More icon (…) in the lower-right corner of the app
  3. There you will see:
  • Membership
    • See agreement details
      • Download PDF document: Download copy of your membership agreement.
      • Cancel Membership: Cancel your membership.
  • My Profile: Update Email, Phone Emergency Contact, etc.
  • Payment Methods: Change credit card and bank account used for billing and card on file purchases.
  • Payment History: See your payment history for Dues and Club Purchase.
  • Session Balance: See how many Personal Training, Massage and teamTRAINING sessions you have available and when their expiration date is.
  • Check-in History: See and download your club visits.

Your login is your email address.  If you need to activate your account and/or reset your password select Forgot password/Resend invite on the login page of our web site or the app.  Any issues, please email us at healthworks@healthworksfitness.com.
